A few of my images from an overall series I’ve documented of this LEED certified renovation of a 1970’s graduate student housing complex in Boston. I was privileged to photograph each completed phase through its 6 year process up until its completion in 2021. From the beautiful landscaped grounds to mid-century modern lounges and study rooms to the playground, fitness and yoga rooms and updated apartments, each area has been thoughtfully designed and constructed to keep with Green building principles. #architecturalphotography #LEED

Photographed the Friends School of Portland, Maine. An exciting and thoughtfully designed Quaker school for grades preschool through 8 with an emphasis on experiential learning in a natural setting. It is the third school in the US and the first in Maine to be certified in the Passive House energy efficiency standard. FSP is Net Zero and offsets all electrical use with solar panels. Photographed this beautiful, distinctive and prominent Passive House design at Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. A third quarter moon falls behind the facade facing the lake at first light.
